Expat Olympic swimmer and wife ordered to return for $1.95m fraud trial

Former Olympic swimmer and broadcaster Neil Brooks and his wife have been ordered to return to Australia to face a $1.95m fraud case, despite being unvaccinated and unable to enter the country.
